Dr. Rajesh Panda – Assistant Professor

Dr. Rajesh Panda is working as an Assistant Professor in the Electrical and Electronics Department of SSN College of Engineering. He received his B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and M. Tech (Power Electronics and Drives) from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha respectively. He received his Ph.D from National Institute of Technology Silchar, Assam, India.
Prior to joining SSN, he worked with various organizations and has 8 years of academic experience in various reputed institutes. He has research interests are in competitive power markets, bidding strategies, risk assessment and mitigation, machine learning algorithms, etc. He has published many research papers in different reputed international journals, international conferences, and national conferences. He has published 25 research articles and 4 patents. He has also worked in technical program committees and as session chair in various international conferences. He is a continuous reviewer of many international journals like IEEE Transactions on Energy Markets, Policy and Regulation, IET GTD, IET RPG, IEEE Access, Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy, Energy, CSEE Journal, etc.
