Dr. B. Sakthi Abirami, Assistant Professor Grade I in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SSN College of Engineering (Autonomous), Chennai, has received her B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University and M.E. degree in Communication Systems from Anna University. She obtained her Ph.D. from Anna University for her research on Investigations on the Use of Conformal Microwave Components. Before joining SSN, she was an Assistant Professor at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. She has around 6 years of teaching and research experience. Her research interests include antennas, microwave sensors and frequency-selective surfaces. She has multiple notable publications, including in esteemed IEEE journals and filed 2 patents to her credit.
