The M.E/M. Tech programs are offered on a semester basis and span four semesters (2 years). Merit Grant for GATE Candidates:
- Grant of INR 1,00,000 per annum for candidates with a percentile of 90 and above.
- Grant of INR 75,000 per annum for candidates with a percentile between 80 to 89.
- Grant of INR 50,000 per annum for candidates with a valid GATE scorecard.
- Eligibility: Candidates must have secured marks greater than or equal to the qualifying marks for their respective category.
- 100% scholarship for the Top 10 Anna University rank holders in the B.E./B.Tech. program.
- 50% scholarship for first rank holders from private universities.
- 50% to 100% tuition fee waiver based on family income.
