M.Tech Information Technology
M.Tech Information Technology is a two-year postgraduate program designed to equip students with expertise in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, the Internet of Things and other emerging Information Technology technologies.

Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS) and Board of Studies (BoS)
The curriculum is designed and developed using a systematic approach that includes interactive participation, discussion, and critical inquiry with stakeholders in order to update and revise the syllabus in accordance with industry requirements. For academic flexibility and development, the institution offers the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS).

The curriculum is well-balanced, including Program Core, domain-specific professional and open electives, and projects. The department has its own Board of Studies (BoS), which is made up of external members representing industry, institutions of national importance, and prominent alumni, as well as the HOD and faculty members.
