Prabagarane Nagaradjane is an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SSN Institutions. He received M.Tech and Ph.D. degrees in ECE from Pondicherry Engineering College, Pondicherry (Central) University. Before this, he was with HCL Info Systems for a brief period of two years. His research interests include various aspects of wireless communications, especially concerning signal processing for wireless and broadband communications and the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence for wireless communications. He has authored or co-authored over 75+ technical papers and two books. He is one of the founding members of the Wireless Communications, Signal Processing and Networking (WiSPNET) international conference technically co-sponsored by IEEE.

He also served as one of the organizing chairs of 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022 WiSPNET and co-chair of the WiSPNET 2019 conference.  Currently, he is serving as the organizing chair of the ASIAN ComNet 2024 conference to be held in Thailand. He has guest-edited two Special Issues under the topic of signal processing for 5G in the Elsevier Computers and Electrical Engineering journal and a Special Issue on the topic of the Future of Intelligent Wireless LANs in the IET Communications journal. He also served on the editorial board of the Physical Communication Journal as an area editor and is currently an associate editor of the IET Communications journal.
