Dr. Raman Balireddy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He received his B.Tech (EEE) degree (2012) from JNTU Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, his M.E. (Power Systems Engineering) degree (2016) from the College of Engineering Guindy (CEG), Chennai and his Ph.D. degree (2023) from IIT Madras.
After his M.E., he worked as an assistant professor in the Electrical Engineering department at Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College (autonomous), Tirupati.
He has published several papers in reputed journals and at international conferences. He received MHRD fellowships during his M.E. and Ph.D. He also got financial support from the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) under the International Travel Scheme (ITS) to attend one of the international conferences.
His research interests include Electrical circuit analogies, Water-energy nexus, Power systems, Sustainable and Smart cities, Electrical vehicles, Renewable energy and Micro grids.
