Dr.R.Leo, Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has 24 years of teaching and 4 years of industrial experiences. He received his B.E (EEE) degree from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, Bharathiyar University in 1994 and M.E. Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2005 and Ph.D from Anna University, Chennai. He is a recognized supervisor of Anna University.
His areas of interest are Smart grid, Micro-grid Energy Management, Multi-Agent Systems, IoT, Big Data Analytics, Soft Computing, Machine Learning and BlockChain. He has published over 30 research publications in referred International Journals and 36 in International and National Conferences. He has currently involved in IoT based micro-grid projects. He has reviewed many papers in IEEE Transaction and IEEE Access. He has served on five conference and workshop program committees. He has coordinated 2 National level Workshops and 3 International conferences. He has delivered invited lectures and keynote addresses in various international conferences. He is an active member in IEEE and life member in ISTE.
He is a Stanford Technology Venture Program (STVP), certified Entrepreneurship educator.
