Assistant Executive Engineer, in Indian Telephone Industries Limited, Bangalore for 2 years (1989-90).
Lecturer in Regional Engineering College (currently NIT), Tiruchirappalli for 16 years (1990-2006).
Assistant Professor in SSN College of Engineering for 7 years (2007- 2014).
Associate Professor in SSN College of Engineering since 2014.
She has delivered guest lectures in many colleges and has organized many training programmes / Short Term Courses for students and faculty members of various Engineering Colleges. She has organized many workshops at NITT and 19 workshops/training programmes, and two Faculty Development Programmes at SSN. She has organized around 80 invited talks by eminent persons from academics and Industry. She played a key role in organizing two International conferences, two International workshops and two National conferences at SSN. She has also organized several Yoga workshops for the students and faculty members of SSN.
