Dr. Balaji D, Associate Professor in the department of Chemical Engineering was born on February 4, 1978 at Cuddalore, Tamilnadu, India. He has 22 years of experience in industry, teaching and research. He is a recognized Anna University Research Supervisor to guide Ph.D./M.S. candidates. Under his guidance, three Ph.D. Scholar have completed, and six Ph.D. scholars are currently pursuing in the various fields of environmental and chemical engineering. He has published 50+ Research Papers in Reputed International Journals. His research areas of interests are Chemical Reaction Engineering, Wastewater treatment, Bioprocess Engineering with a special reference to real time monitoring and control of bioprocesses with the help of Biocalorimeter.
