Dr. P. Balaji Bhargav received M.Sc (Physics) degree from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh with Specialization in Solid State Physics and Ph.D from the same university. He carried out research work on preparation and characterization of solid polymer electrolyte membranes for electrochemical cell applications. After completion of his Ph.D, he worked in the field of Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells (PEMFC) at Yuan Ze Fuel Cell Center, Taiwan for one year as Postdoctoral fellow.
