Dr. Poreddy Ajay Kumar Reddy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He received his Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM), Kancheepuram. He holds an M.Tech in Systems and Signal Processing from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (August 2018 – August 2020) and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy (SASTRA University) (June 2014 – May 2018).

His research interests span multimedia quality assessment, statistical signal analysis, machine learning, and deep learning. He is actively involved with the Multimedia Engineering and Perceptual Cognitive Analysis Group (MEPCAG) at Indian Institute of Technology Indore and the Advanced Signal and Image Processing Lab at IIITDM Kancheepuram.
