Dr. N. Prabagarane – Associate Professor

Prabagarane Nagaradjane is an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SSN Institutions. He received M.Tech and Ph.D. degrees in ECE from Pondicherry Engineering College, Pondicherry (Central) University. Prior to this, he was with HCL Info Systems for a brief period of two years. His research interests include various aspects of wireless communications, especially with respect to signal processing for wireless and broadband communications. He has authored or co-authored over 50+ technical papers. He is one of the founding members of the Wireless Communications, Signal Processing and Networking (WiSPNET) international conference technically co-sponsored by IEEE. He also served as one of the organizing chairs of 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021 WiSPNET as well as the co-chair of the WiSPNET 2019 conference. Currently, he is serving as one of the organizing chairs of the WiSPNET 2022 conference. He has guest-edited two Special Issues under the topic of signal processing for 5G in the Elsevier Computers and Electrical Engineering journal. He also served on the editorial board of the Physical Communication journal as an area editor and currently serves as an associate editor of the IET Communications journal.
