Ms. Anusha Jayasimhan – Assistant Professor

Ms. Anusha Jayasimhan has received her B.E. and M.E. degrees in computer science from the University of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She pursued her Ph.D at Anna University, Chennai and has successfully submitted her Ph.D thesis, titled “Devising Model Compression Methodologies for Sustainable Convolutional Neural Networks,”. She has over nine years of teaching experience on subjects like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud computing, Big data analytics and Programming Languages. She has co-authored several journal and conference papers published in Elsevier and IEEE Xplore. She has also completed various certification courses online, including “Convolutional Neural Networks” from DeepLearning.AI (Coursera, 2022) and “Machine Learning” from Stanford University (Coursera, 2021). Her primary research interests lie in model compression methodologies, sustainable neural networks, and the application of deep learning techniques to real-world problems in computer vision.
