Dr. S.I. Davis Presley, Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry has 10 years of experience in teaching and 10 years of experience in Industry. He received his Ph.D degree from University of Madras. He has undergone training in composites and technology at Central Institute of Plastics and Engineering technology, Chennai. He has an Industrial experience in the field of environmental, pesticides and pharmaceuticals. He is a recognized Supervisor of Anna University. His areas of research includes environmental, analytical and synthetic organic chemistry. During his tenure in industry he has handled various analytical instruments and developed novel method for the synthesis of oncology and neuromuscular drugs.
