Dr.R.Rajkumar completed his B.E. (Civil & Structural) from Annamalai University in 1994 and his M.E. (Structural) also from Annamalai University in 1996. He completed his Ph.D. from Anna University in the year 2010 and his field of research interest is in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering. His total teaching experience spans for about 23 years and has undertaken various responsibilities in his academic career. He has one year of Industrial Experience and was associated with M/S Chitale & Son in Consultancy works. He has to his credit around 50 publications in International /National Journals and International /National Conferences and is a peer reviewer for the International journal published by Sathyabama University. He has guided a number of P.G and U.G projects and is currently a supervisor for a research scholar who is on the verge of completion. He has been one of the Principal Investigators for a multidisciplinary project sponsored by IGCAR. He is a member of various Professional bodies. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Registered Structural Engineer (Grade 1). His extracurricular activities include Sports and NSS. Prior to joining SSN, he was with Sathyabama University as Professor and Head of Civil Engineering.
