Dr. P. Rajesh – Assistant Professor

Dr. P. Rajesh, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, has 14 years of teaching experience and 18 years of research experience. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from St. from Xavier’s College, Palayamkottai, and M.Scin Physics from ManonmaniamSundaranar University, Tirunelveli. He received his Ph.D.from Anna University, Chennai in 2011.
During his Ph.D., he worked as a Junior Research Fellow in a DST-funded project and later received a Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) – Senior Research Fellowship. He has published more than 100 articles in Refereed International Journals and presented more than 150 papersat various National/International Conferences. In recognition of his meritorious work, he received travel awards from DST, CSIR, and SSN to attend conferences held in China, Poland, Japan, and Singapore. He is currently a recognized supervisor at Anna University, Chennai. 7 scholars have completed their Ph.D. and 5 are currently continuing their research.
