Dr.Kavitha, has around 19 years of teaching experience. She has done her B.Sc (Maths) in Stella Maris College and MBA with specialization in Finance from University of Madras. She is a First rank holder & Gold Medalist in MBA from University of Madras. She holds M.Phil from Alagappa University and completed her Ph.D. in Finance from AMET University. She was earlier working with Jeppiaar Engineering College and Hindustan College of Engineering.
Dr. Kavitha prefers to teach subjects related to finance and accounts such as Accounting for Management, Financial Management, and Banking Services Management and has experience in handling other subjects namely Business Research Methods, Operations Research, Principles of Management, Engineering Economics & Financial Accounting. Also she trains students in MS Excel (Basic & Advanced).
Her area of research is Finance and her current interest of research includes Digital Marketing and Marketing research.
She has around 18 international journal publications and 25 national/ international conference publications.
