He graduated from Adhiyamaan College of Engineering, Hosur, affiliated with the University of Madras, in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 1995. He obtained his master’s in applied Electronics from the College of Engineering, Guindy, in 1998. He completed his PhD at Anna University, Chennai, in 2018 and participated in research work in underwater signal processing.
He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has conducted one National level workshop. He is a Life member of ISTE and IETE. After joining this institution, He guided 30 undergraduate and four postgraduate projects. His area of research is Underwater Signal Processing.
