EEE Student Club – Students for Students (S4S Club)
Students for Students (S4S) club was started by the final year students on 1st June 2017 with an objective to initiate sharing and learning amongst students. The club achieves this through learning, interacting, experiencing and implementing all the theoretical concepts discussed in the classroom and elsewhere. In order to bridge the gap between theory and practice, the students of the club conduct activities like hands-on workshops once a month, participate in intercollege competitions and symposiums, share practical experiences and theoretical concepts amongst students of various years of the department on a weekly basis during the S4S club meets. With a motive to guide and create awareness about career, placements and higher studies, the senior year students have gathered information and educated their fellow juniors on the same.

I varsha from EEE Deptartment, participated in sashtra inter college basketball tournament representing SSN college. Our team secured runners and cash award of rupees 8000, certificates and medal.
Smithaa M, Sangamithirai S, and T D Saraswathy, pre final year students from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering department secured first place and received a Rs. 2 lakh cash Prize at Sustainable India 2023 at a national solar competition in 2023 open to students from universities and various institutions nationwide.
