Dr R. Sujatha received her B.Sc degree from Meenakshi College for Women, Chennai,  M.Sc. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, M. Phil. from the Ramanujan Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics, Chennai, and Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, specializing in Coding Theory. She has 8 years of teaching experience. Her current research topics are Fuzzy Reliability and Fuzzy Markov Process. She has published two books and 17 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. A member of Ganita Sandhesh, she is a recognized Research Supervisor and Guide of Anna University, Chennai. Currently, she is guiding two full time Ph.D. students.
