Faculty Development Programme on "Semiconductor Devices
& Circuits" at IITM, Chennai.

The Department of ECE has organized a two day workshop on “WIRELESS
SENSOR NETWOKS” from 18th April to 19th
April. About 40 participants from various Engineering colleges in
Tamilnadu and a few faculties from ECE and CSE departments participated
in the programme. A demo in “QUALNET” simulator
software
was arranged as a part of workshop for the benefits of the participants.

March, Mr. C. Thiruvenkatesan, Asst. Professor has attended a two day
workshop on VLSI, at CEG, Anna University.

On 13th March, Mr. Pradeep and Mr. Ganguly from
HCL Technologies addressed the third year students and gave a lecture
