Ms. R. Kanchana has completed B.E.(Hons) in Computer Engineering (1988) from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. She has completed M.E. in CSE (1993) in Regional Engineering College (now N.I.T.) Tiruchirappalli. She worked in Indian Telephone Industries Limited, Bangalore for 2 years (1989-90) and then joined Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli and worked for 16 years (1990-2006). She joined SSN college of Engineering in 2007. She is currently pursuing her research in the area of Service Oriented Architecture. She has organized a number of workshops, short term courses, and Faculty development programmes. Her research interest includes Service Oriented Architecture, Databases, and Software Engineering.
