Dr. Chitra Babu received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from IIT Madras, Chennai. She received her M.S in Computer and Information Science from the Ohio State University, USA. She has worked in AT&T Bell Labs, USA and also has been a consultant in the area of Document Imaging and Management. Her research interests include Software Engineering, Object and Aspect Oriented Methodology, Software Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture and Distributed System Middleware. She has published papers in international journals and conferences. She is currently guiding 6 Ph.D. research scholars. She is a member of IEEE and also a Life member of CSI and ISTE.
