First national level technical symposium was
conducted in September 2007.

Trichy, Dr.S.Madhavan, Global
Director, Plant Services(Rtd), Kellog Brown &
Root, USA and Mr.R.Narasimman,
Chairman, Indian Institute of Chemical
Engineers, Chennai Regional Centre
participated and addressed the students.
Students from various colleges participated in
the function and presented papers. Total prize
money of nearly Rs 60,000/- was distributed
