He completed his B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from Sri Kalahastheeswara Institute of Technology, Srikalahasti, Chittoor Dist, Andra Pradesh. He did his M.E (Manufacturing Engineering) from Madras Institute of Technology (MIT), Anna University, Chennai. He obtained his Ph. D. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Madras, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Chennai.

His areas of research interest include:

  • Materials Joining
  • Mechanical Behavior of Materials
  • Material Science & Engineering


He has published 5 international journal papers and he has presented 8 papers in the international and national level conferences.

He teaches Manufacturing Technology-I.
